340 for 1 hour, that wasn’t long enough. Either up the temp or up the time. There were still raw parts after 1 hour

For a little More bigger chicken how many minutes you recommend baking and No Covering you did right?

Yak long nails.....chicken good yummy

Recipe is really good but I would re-do it without the black fingernails. Long dark nails cover up a lot of dirt underneath. They are a turn-off to most of us men chefs and would never be allowed in any professional kitchen.
