I felt joy inside, and it made me feel relaxed, less stress.
so I made it a point to help others if I could.
to always say...YES if someone asks. I started to step outside my myself, and take on projects for friends, family, strangers.

My inner circle started to grow. 
Anyways, these two things have changed my life for the better man.
Beautiful doors will open when you start helping others from the heart.
