Am I dumb or does this sound a little strange? Not cirminal strange, but "not a good deal" strange.

The expression "its easy" is always a red flag.

I thought this was a serious investment podcast. Agree with the other comments. You're simply taking out a loan with maybe better rates than normal. Not a great long term investment

As soon as he said "Do a call with me" I smelled bullsh%*. I've spoke to a number of agents at Mass Mutual specifically. I ran the numbers and you're better off in T-Bills. Yeah, yeah; it's all about the agent and how you structure your contract. Bottom line; what agent wants to structure a contract without making a profit. I'm in Data science/Quant Trading, I enjoy running numbers. Either the three agents I spoke to are dirt-bags or the concept is a honeypot.
