Ответитьcook the broccoli in salted water, the right amount for the pasta, put the broccoli to cook inside, remove them halfway through cooking, cook the pasta in the same water, so it takes on the flavor of the broccoli... then put oil, garlic and chilli pepper in the pan and anchovies which will melt when frying, put the broccoli without water, drain well, in the pan and also the pasta... mix everything. BUT DON'T ADD CHEESE.. KILL THE RECIPE.. it's ITALIAN... THEN ANOTHER RECIPE... BROCCOLETTI OR TURNIP CIME, OIL AND ONION IN THE POT, COOK OVER LOW FIRE, SALT CHILI PEPPER.. THEY'RE CALLED BROCCOLETTI OR TURNIP CIME STEW... IF YOU WANT TO ADD PASTA COOKING WATER BUT NOT A LOT... IT MUST BE MORE OILY SO YOU SEASON THE SHORT PASTA...
