God, the narrator is just phenomenal.

Guys don't worry. The party is fine. If you try attacking a companion during the party Withers intervenes and sends you to another plane of existence. Plus we have like 6 level 12 guys their vs 1 level 12 guy. And im pretty sure when you attack a party member Withers uses a 9th level spell to send you away.

I like how when you're completely taken by bhaal Durge says "god-meat" in reference to Withers. Someone so entwined with Bhaal would recognize Withers for what he is

I was playing a full-on evil Durge playthrough, turning the few companions I had left evil. But while he highly revered his father Bhaal, he realized that being able to bring death to the world with Minthara at his side meant more to him. Thus, he decided to betray his father at the very last decision. Hah, if he managed to defeat a Netherbrain of all things, surely he could withstand the punishment, right? It's not as if he rejected Bhaal entirely. He would just do things his way, with his loved one..

Never did he expect his punishment to be as severe as it was. Only a fraction of what was once considered Durge remained in his body; a fraction that was just big enough to let his body mutter something akin to a desperate plea as he was about to plunge his dagger through Minthara's neck.

The issue I have with that is that by the epilogue my team consisted of an experienced Paladin, ascended vampire, chosen of Shar, key figure in the Githyanki liberation movement and a new god. They should have been able to easily subdue me crashing the party while Gale used his godlike power to cure me.

Suppose with all the change for the endings its finally time for the replay.

The epilogue ending almost made me tear up. The fate of the dark urge is soo sad... and seeing my character become such a monster, without a spark of humanity in himself... wow that triggered something in me

It's a pity that there is only the Ball arc, it would not be bad if this was done with Merkul and Bane, as if there would be an opportunity to get something from exclusive buffs and equipment

I'll admit I've only been bad for the sake of getting a kill aura armor and then giving up the point at the end of the day I'm good😊

I love playing the evil characters, but being a bhaalspawn means that my evil stems from the fact that Bhaal is my father. I don't want that. I don't want to be evil because I'm the son of murder, I want to be evil because I chose to be evil. There's just no point in being a Dark Urge for me if all my kills are for Bhaal. And I don't even like Bhaal anyway, I like Myrkul better.

You know what I'd like ? The reactions of your companions looking at you, the pity, the hurt, the desperation and the resignation that they have to free you from whathever you've become. Would Wither send you away before you attack ? Would would you kill first ? Would you have been be able to show that you cared and this is not what you wanted ? Could you resist and surrender before them before you do anything ? Save them one last time ? Could you even be saved yet, by God Gale or Ascendant Astarion ?
It's just so heartbreaking to see what you've become after everything. I need to be able to change this, I want to throw the dices and defy Bhaal again. Durge is simply the best playable character of the Game. Change. My. Mind.

Neill 100% deserved every award he got, no question. I cannot, for all that I am however however, fathom how Amelia never even got 1 single nomination, anywhere! Just listen to this narration, by the Gods...

yeah nah..we got gale gale and withers on standby..no chance for survival once entered the camp.

I am not getting the prison cutscene, even though it gave me the option, all it did was show that i saved the world, no epilogue either

I got the one were I returned to camp and killed basically everyone.

I wonder what fate the Bhaalspawn has after his sacrifice. Maybe Withers hopes he will destroy his father in the afterlife, or be the next one to guide future heroes.

I'm going to play a full resist. Good. And the first one will be the end. F you Bhaal. The oppositional defiance is going to taste so good

In my opinion Dark Urge is the way to play the game, he kind of is the protagonist and you can choose his path of redemption or insanity. -
