What is Manifestation? Explained for Beginners | Mel Robbins

I had a horse back riding accident back in 07, with a lacerated spleen and a broken rib, I had 8 month of recovery. When it came time to get back in the saddle, I found myself full of fear. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do. I fortunately came across The Gift, by Barbra Schulte. I bought the audio cd version back then and listened to it over and over. The Gift taught me how to visualize and embody what I want. This is a universal skill that works in any, ANY situation. Life changing, and I am so thankful to have the knowledge.

We just bought a fuel-efficient car (within budget) in an over priced market. I realize after watching your video that we manifested the car. The car ticks all the boxes of a very specific list, it feels and looks like our car. We did the manifesting work to find it. We kept our minds open. We researched a ton, we test-drove a zillion models. Manifesting works 😊

The successes in my life were due to manifesting. I just didn't know it had a name. The closest I came was "determination". Thank you for this very clarifying video.

People are very desperate these days over the 2 most troubling things in their lives. Finances and Loneliness, so it doesn’t surprise me theres an increase in manifesting searches of 700%. Loved this video. Thank you for making it simple to understand ❤

Manifesting will lead you to inspired action. Things line up and people come into your life who lead you to your goal. Inspired action could literally be going to a different coffee shop because today your gut told you to. There you run into someone who help or leads you. Inspired action usually doesn’t feel like work. This is how it’s always worked for me. Often times it literally just falls in my lap out of no where. One time I was manifesting money and out of the blue an ex who I loaded $500 to THREE years ago and had not spoken to, sent me $500 because he “remembered “ he owed me and he just got a bonus. That required zero action on my part. Things like that happen all the time when you manifest.

What if I don’t know what steps to take? How do I figure out “how” to get what I want?? It sounds like you need an idea of where to start…

It’s a well known fact that anxiety works this way- if you put yourself in the worst possible scenario, you’re living it. You’re building up fear and going through a stressful thing multiple times. Patients who have been misdiagnosed with cancers will develop more cancer-like symptoms (same as people who erroneously received a very short life estimate- they often literally die faster than someone their actual would) if the mind is that powerful in the negative, it just makes logical sense that it works in the positive as well.

This makes no sense to me. If I knew how to get it, I would've already done it.

Great video @melrobins, but I think it would be even better if you limited the length of the video and the amount of words, to instead explain the exact method. Too many examples and comments etc. Makes it a bit too long, and it’s difficult to stay focus I think

Can you manifest for others?

Plz if this works for you talk to some scientists so we can figure this out and fine tune it

At what point do you say that this is bullsh*t? All I continue to be in is motion, and inefficient action—despite “declaring what I want” and “working towards it with good intentions.”

After an entire year of working towards starting a small business.. nothing has worked out. I’ve copied, and paid for online programs that haven’t done anything for me. Not one thing.. from the “best in the world.”

My soul is tired.
My body is tired.
My mind is tired.

Maybe my story is that you need to quit, and go sit behind a fresh for $20/hr? Manifesting your life is some tiring ass bullsh*t that’s all I can muster up.

Unfortunately alot of people in the comments have no clue..ask believe and you shall receive...the feeling is definitely the secret..meditation is key, and no self doubt..this works for everything in life we create our reality thru our thoughts and feelings.. how we think affects how we feel what we feel manifests...so easy and people complicate it.. and yes being in the present rather then wishing or hoping..what every u say after I am must manifest..with enough belief..thank you
