I haven't had any fun lately, 😭 so it was fun. You bring me joy!❤🙂I love the kind and generous heartwarming atmosphere that you create, your kind, easygoing, warm vibe. ❤I like the essence how you live on. I need to be true to myself and find a job I am passionate about. I want to find a way to live as who I really am.

if someone is as talented w/ videos like a Caleb-Simpon-type, (which is probably who you're looking for), they should NOT be interning for you, and just be doing their own thing. Otherwise, they should at least be compensated with equity in ratemydorm. But frankly, i think the idea is massivelty flawed. Not enough repeat use case, and isn't that what dorm tours are for? Kids go to school for the prestige of the degree, rarely the dorm itself. It's a means to an ends.

intern = low/no wage labor

You're joining at the wrong time. I'm a senior engineer that got laid off from one of those top 4 company and it is rough out there. I've been interviewing for the past 2 weeks as well. I don't have issues getting interviews but these technical interviews nowadays are just ridiculous. It's all leetcode and even the leetcodes that i seem to pass, i still get rejected 🤷‍♂

Any chance you will take UX/UI applicants that are not in college? My wife has been working hard on finding a UX/UI opportunity to showcase what she knows.

please be careful what you post after you get hired. you can get in trouble for showing certain things or saying certain things, read through your contract and be judicious about what you put out there.

Best of luck! Rate My Dorm seems cool and a little old school in a nostalgic wholesome and helpful kind of way. Just make sure the 30 brand ambassadors you hired represent a diverse group of people (ages, ethnicity, US and international students, income levels, majors, etc). That way it’s not just the same kinds of people focusing on the same aspects of a dorm.
