Thank you for reminding me to toughen up and thin my seedlings more ruthlessly. That is something I did not do so well on last year. I will do better.

The easiest way to peel loofah is let them be hard and dry as possible. Fill sink with water. Make a hole at wide end and shake seeds out. Then, soak in warm water for a couple minutes and the skin comes right off. You will wonder why you never did this before. So easy!
