Microneedling Aftercare - Do's and Don'ts for Best Results

Hello. I am 42 I have the Dr pen A6. Looking for some advice regarding micro needling at home. I have the dr pen A6. I have hyperpigmentation after some spots for speed things up and add hydration.For example whitch part on the face can i go deeper, speed settings and use more needle cartridges? And can anyone tell me if I can use ceramides, ginseng, snail mucin azalaic acid, niacinamide, tranexamic acid and alpha/arbutin for micro needling session? The only thing I know is to use hyaluronic acid for slip and not to use with bha-aha vitamin c and retinol-when it's best using these ingredients. And what to use in aftercare for the next days, for hyperpigmentation and antiage. Have heard about egf, is it safe to use during a micro needling session or is it best in aftercare?
