It remained to indicate the new area, where expo98, the world exhibition, Parque das Nações, took place. Where there are gardens, oceanarium, science center, beautiful view of the new bridge over the Tagus, recent train station, by the architect Calatrava, largest suspended concrete roof, cable car etc.

If your even considering Lisbon I urge you to go. Its an amazing place to explore. Only Amsterdam and Prague can compete with Lisbon. If its summer I would do the later however due to the heat. In addition Cascais and Sintra are must side trips.

You really need to learn how to pronounce the neighborhoods. It's not Baxia, (Baexia) it's BaiJUH phonetically speaking of course. It's Rossio (ROSS e o) not ROSE e o. You mispronounce the words and travelers speak this way; you are giving them wrong information. Plus they will sound like idiots when talking to people.
