ОтветитьI have just started exercising with your Pilates videos after not exercising for 4 years, and im just so relieved and at ease... so... thank you... but let me tell u something, day 2 was killing me, I skipped a few moves, it was so hard for me, I will be trying to do those moves, cuz gurrrrl they were amazing, day 1 and 3 were really nice and ok. AGAIN thanks love.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Ответитьwhy was every muscle but the one i was working on sore when doing this? especially at the start i could feel it more in the opposite leg to what was doing exercise
