Caught my first bass on a red jumpfrog. The body of water looked similar to pictures of snakehead habbitat, in other words like a drainage ditch. Was a lot of fun

The jumpfrog is an excellent lure , not only for snakeheads , but for bass , and peacocks. Hell for all I know it might even take big trout, but it doesn't seem to have gained a lot of popularity in th U.S.. Can understand why? Americans love to experiment , but you rarely hear anyone making mention of this really effective top water lure.
