So to provide some context- this is for anyone who is cycling or running and looking to drop weight over a period of time to be more efficient.

The conversation around weight loss goes much deeper than a short video will ever be able to deliver. The fundamentals are important and ultimately once you have experience with varying your kcal intake then you will get a better understanding of when you are fuelling properly.
