Hi, so this helps with re pairing the remotes but what happens when you constantly need to re pair them. All of the boxes we have in our home need to be re paired lately. We are doing it on a weekly basis. Would you have any idea what is causing this? Everytime i try to look for a solution on the optimum website i can never find an answer.

I held down 7 and 9 until it blinked. Then I held down the 7. Touched the off button and it worked.

Hands down garbage product. Canceling today. Way too many problems way too often

My screen says "Let's get started with Atlice One Mini" but when i try to press the "select" button on the remote to press "start" it does nothing

The new system stinks and is not worth the money.

All my box is very noisy and makes a weird sound. Very annoying! Going back to Verizon.

Everything works on my remote but the volume controls has anyone had any issues with this????

If I could have spent 3 minutes with the Altice remote I would not have signed up with Suddenlink. No guide button, you have to bring up a menu, scroll over to the guide, then select it. No customizeable channel lists. It has favorites, but constantly switches back to All Channels on it's own. Terrible user interface.

How do you get the clock to work?

Any thoughts on how to pair an Altice Remote to a Sony Bravia TV? No matter how many times I go through the process, I cannot control my TV functions with my Altice One remote. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
