I don't watch the Superbowl either but have heard the commercials and halftime show are the best parts. I now got to watch the commercials from this and glad I didn't take time away from my Sunday. Pepsi probably had the best commercials though it gets both Steve Martin and Ben Stiller off the hook if they think it tastes crappy

For #9, Sara Mcglothlin (singer of "Angel") did a series of.... very very jarringly sad commercials for the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in the late 90s/early 00's. They are... well... notorious, for lack of a better word. Any time I hear Angel these days, all I picture in my head are tortured dogs. So, the Busch commercial was ripping on her a bit. If you want a better idea of why Anheuser Busch went that way and why it's funny, try looking up a few of her old commercials

I think the commercials the last few years as the cost of Super Bowl ad time increases have generally been less funny.
