Ian, I've been watching your channel for a few years and I started with $10000 following your $2500 a piece strategy. I'm still working on making the portfolio bigger but I really look at your content for trustworthy, sound news. Thanks for all you do. Also, this video is right on point with someone who is feeling stuck in their corporate job with inadequate path for safe retirement, that it offers another path to freedom. I'm going to talk to my siblings about this and encourage them to invest wisely.

Oh my gosh. Still spewing dividend stocks when I warned you. I made so much money as a growth tech investor. A dividend investor will never catch a growth investor. I make huge gains. And you hope and pray for 2 percent a year. I bet you feel like you messed up being a dividend investor into corona. Oh well. You lose and I win.

I love dividend investing and my portfolio is slowly growing and I share it on my channel!

I'm hearing we might be looking at 15 pct inflation coming for several years straight due to this pandemic and money printing. If you guys don't invest in faster growing companies that are reinvesting their profits back into themselves your 3 or 4 pct dividend will actually be a NEGATIVE return.

If you're a single childless person living in CA, I think now would be a good time to consider moving out of state. I can totally get it why Ian plans to stay, but if you're unmarried and really have no things tying you down to the state, moving could be a smart option. Notice that even Elon Musk has made the exit, now (to TX as well). Not only Oracle corporation expanding into TX.
