Will this build muscle to my arms, as well, im trying to find a right schedule and workout, I’m a lean body type but trying to build more muscle and can’t find the right workouts, I don’t have much equipment only a curved barbell with 15lbs on each side, any tips?

ОтветитьWhat can one recommend if they have a damaged knee. When it comes to the lunges and all of those leg workouts. I suppose over time it will strengthen the knee, but do you rate not going so intensely or just go for shorter periods? Please do advise!😁
