Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Review, Horrible Value $150 Graphics Card

Picked one up for £40 and I'm using it for a 2nd stream PC, works lovely!

I honestly have to disagree with you on a lot of this. I have owned this GPU for almost half a year now, and it works awesome!

I know this is an old video, but if you just found it like I did, there have been updates. There is a 2021 version of the 1650 "OC" which has a slightly higher clock speed and DDR6 memory. Not much better, but it is different. Also, the crappy dell 1650 should not be compared to twin fan big heat sink model, but they all use the term 1650. IT should be obvious that the reason the 1650 is top on steam these days is because of the TONS of variants available.

What you really want is a 1650 super if possible.

I should have spent a little bit more money and got a 1080 Ti.

I know it's an older card but at least it's worth it now.

And I don't really need an RTX card, as the only RTX game I have is cyberpunk 2077.

Not only that but the 1650 literally gets around 35 FPS cyberpunk, while the 1080 Ti gets 55+.

Probably because the 1080 TI has 11GB of vram while the 1650 has only 4BG

A horrible card? What kind of drugs are you on bro? My LP version GTX 1650 OC to 4300MHz on the vram and up to 2000Mhz on the gpu and plays cyberpunk no problem. Lol. And I play COD at 1440p. Lol And only using 75Watts and still keep up o cards that need a power cord is pretty amazing.

The video completely ignores the lower power consumption of the 1650, making the whole "price per frame" graph completely wrong and pointless

I got the same card GTX 1650 and i love it works best for me since i don't play my games on "ultra" or "max"

im trying to buy a pc and my budget is like 1,300 to 1,400 does anyone have any advice of what to buy

That weird moment, when this card made it to the top of the Steam Survey charts in Dec 2022, surpassing GeForce 1060 which held the title for many years.

I don't really know what to make of it, it's hard to believe that even with the crappy GPU market for the last 2 years more players would eventually end up with a slower GPU than other people who "had the luxury" to buy the venerable 1060.

i got 1050 2gb for 140$ long time ago, and if i wanted to get this at similar price i would, how ever here this cost 250$ and that its to insane price, so i'm not buying it at all now or ever, i will go for some Amd since they are 100$ cheaper or more

i have this card and i get around 80 fps on gta 5 and 100 on most other games, i dont regret buying it

This gpu is a load of sh!t .. got it with a new pc since I don't have a lot of money, I had to settle for something .. I played bannerlord for 2 weeks, now it's toast ...

Now I'm back to not having a pc working for a few months

Update: years later and this card is actually good value now in my country and also the only one that is available.

I would like to see benchmarks using identical settings for all games, rather than using Vulkan for one card and DX11 for the other card.. I think that would have been a fairer comparison, even if it made the 1650 look worse.

The ddr6 model is better

Brand new card, runs anything you want at 1080p, low profile, low power, $150. Man we had it so good in 2019 lol

Works perfectly fine for emulating games in max settings all the way up to PS3 and 360.

And that's all that really matters. Because games are complete garbage now a days.

Anyone know how well this holds up in Minecraft with mods?
