Whey protein can make myeloma cancer grow faster. As soon as I stopped it my levels went down. It's not for everyone. Everyone is different and you can't diagnose for everyone the same things. My cancer doc said most everyone eats plenty of protein. Even too much. It's your blood proteins that matter and it's not the same things

I was really buying into the information you’re putting out until I saw this short pushing your supplements and the massive protein intake comment. Now I’m not so sure.

Ran all my bloodwork with midi today high B12 -881 and high ferritin 238. I take a multi vitamin, ashwaganda blend and magnesium complex. Think any of those would cause those numbers? I'm pretty health and rarely sick.

Too much protein is not good for anyone. Too much exercise is not bad for anyone. 120g is too much, there are serious side effects with Too much protein 😳 talk about that and stop the misinformation. 60g with variations in exercise 💪 👌

Please ditch the “music” pounding the whole time. It’s really distracting and unnecessary. It causes stress, which pumps cortisol, which you are always telling us to get away from.

I’m in my 30s and as a vegetarian (no cow milk or eggs) it is so hard to get more protein in your diet. I can’t stand shakes and powders and anything sweet, but I found there is a surprising amount of protein in green peas, spinach, and collard greens. Also seitan (wheat gluten) which many fake meats are made of are high protein, along with tofu and tempeh.

So if you hate sweets like me and are looking for more protein without breaking the bank, beans legumes and freakin green peas (never would’ve thought it) can give you small boosts in your normal cuisine. Peas can go with or in just about anything. Also soy milk and nuts but those are more obvious. Soy can help with hot flashes according to a few studies I found, and it also binds to the bewb cancer receptors with phytoestrogen which can help prevent the cancer or work with treatments for the cancer.

Stay healthy, everyone ❤

I like vegan protein powder because it usually has way more fiber, and it tends to blend into drinks better than whey. Most brands have less protein per serving than whey, but the tradeoff is worth it for me ❤

You should talk to your doctor about giving you a Repatha injection instead of statins. My father was on both since his cholesterol wasn't going down on just statin. With the repatha injection, it worked. After a while, he stopped his statin drugs due to side effects. Now, all he takes is his twice a month repatha injection, and his cholesterol is still in the normal range without any side effects reported. If you don't have good insurance it will be expensive, but you can apply for a financial grant from the manufacturer like my father did, and the grant pays his out of pocket expenses to a certain limit. Help this information helps.
