Im Justus i am for now skinny fat and i despise the way i look. I weigh 51kg and im about 1.79m tall. Im an active rower since 3 years and i go every Friday there for two hours. My rowing partner introduced me into the little gym area there in the club and at first it was a struggle to keep my motivation. But i just recently hit a 80kg leg press which is veery huge ofr myself. I am very proud of myself. My motivation started coning back since my crush rejected me. It hurt very much in my heart and i still feel the pain everytime i see her. But now…
I will prove to MYSELF that im capable to reach my goals and not relai on my motivation but on my disciplin which is still a huuge ass struggle for me and i got some pretty huge exames coming up for the next feburary. But still i want to be happy again.
I feel depressed like „k“ from blade runner 2049 im to lonely but ive got my rowing buddy and i can do this.
