What a wonderful video. I stayed at the Clachaig Inn around 40 years ago and did the Lost Valley walk. Never thought I'd see it again but thanks to you two, some happy memories have been refreshed and it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for posting this amazing video! I'll be visiting next month and I can't wait! By any chance did you use alltrails for the hikes?
ОтветитьBeautiful video amazing scenery you have inspired me to go here.
ОтветитьYou made an attempt to say the names of places right but close enough lol.
Ответитьi really want to go here but scared i would get lost because i am using public transport
ОтветитьIncredible
ОтветитьI’m staying at the Clachaig Inn in September! So excited! How did you like it?
ОтветитьGlencoe has Buachaille Etive Mòr and Buachille etiv Beag, which are sort of more intresting than these 2, but those are proper mid level hikes ...
ОтветитьLiked and saved this I'm heading there this may and my brother lives here I've seen it from afar but not been right there so this video was so good to watch
ОтветитьWhich cottage is this where you were staying? Thank you.
ОтветитьAmazing video, congrts
ОтветитьThanks for posting. Planning another trip to Scotland and this really helped. Best regards
ОтветитьGlen Coe => the famous valley
Glencoe => the village nearby Glen Coe
Beautiful video
It's not entirely clear to me what the exact trail is you did in Ballachulish, do you know its name? Looks nice!
ОтветитьWhat dish were you eating in the Clachaig Inn? It looks like it might be veggie/vegan? My wife is vegan, and I'm looking for a restaurant where she'll have more interesting options than 'salad' :) for when we visit in October. Thanks for the great video; we're thinking of doing both these hikes!
Ответитьwhat make are your hiking boots, they look comfy
ОтветитьLoved this, one addition I’d suggest is a wee map of your routes?
ОтветитьThe Clachaig Inn…..our honeymoon was there!
ОтветитьVery enjoyable. The Lost Valley and Stob Coire Nan Lochan was my first ever hill walk many years ago.
Edit: Subbed.
How far is Glencoe and the Lost Valley?
ОтветитьVideo
ОтветитьHi! I'm planning on going to Glencoe recently without a car too! I'm curiously how did you manage to arrive at the start points of the hikes without a car? I can't seem to find a footpath that can lead me there... Thanks!
ОтветитьNICE STORY...GREETINGS FROM CROATIA
ОтветитьI will put Glencoe on my list
ОтветитьIt’s kind of beautiful that this comment section is filled with so many different languages. People all around the world are able to enjoy the same music, type wholesome comments, and have their days improved while lifting up others too
ОтветитьI'm traveling to Scotland at the end of February! This video helps me prepare for the hiking! Thank you. :)
ОтветитьGreat video, I love Glencoe ...you feel totally engulfed by the mountains either side of the A82, stunning place.
ОтветитьBalla hooo lish
No K in Ballachulish!
And Scotland is brimming with sandy beaches!!! In fact some of the most beautiful in the world too.
Thank you for showing this fab video .
Still no Himalayas but what an amazing place 😍
Ответитьيتمتعون ويأكلون كما تأكل الأنعام والنار مثوى لهم ...
ОтветитьGreat video, adore the colours, well put together and very informative, but please take your hat off while eating in Scotland, unless your outside. It’s considered bad etiquette.
ОтветитьI did lost valley in the 80’s and then to the back and up to Bidean nam bien took all day..But what scenery!!!
ОтветитьThank you very much, absolutely beautiful 👍
ОтветитьStunning, it was a lifelong dream to go to Scotland; I went to St. Marys loch last Autumn, but everything went wrong. I suffer from Chronic fatigue syndrome, and it's a fight to get my legs to work, very painful. The 350-mile drive from Cambridgeshire caused me to suffer terrible issues, including brain fog, in the motorhome for 5 days in bed. Recovered a little, went for a 1.5-mile walk. Made my illness even worse. I ended up walking about 5 miles in the 16 days I was there, so I had to leave. Cost over £600 grrr. I sit here looking at your video, and thick if I did that, it would e the last thing I ever did, and I love walking but my legs can fail without warning, causing me to go over often.
ОтветитьIts pronounced Bal-a-huil-ish ;) hehe
ОтветитьОбожнюю вашу чарівну природу ,культуру,історію і можливо колись я це все побачу на власні очі))))
ОтветитьAmazing video footage, really enjoyed your blog, I've just got the Mavic 2 Pro and hope to capture some of these magnificent views, we love the Highlands, Glencoe’s one of our favourites, we did the first part of the Lost Valley, but didn't have time to go the full way, so its a must for us to go back and make the time. We have toured around Scotland on several occasions, we jus keep wanting to come back and explore more of this beautiful part of the country, with amazing landscapes, very nice and welcoming people, great food and the unpredictable weather makes the country looks quite mysterious or mystical. Can’t wait to go back, we're off to the Cairngorms later this year, just hope everything is settled and we are able to do our next Scottish Highlands adventure.
ОтветитьWish my family didn't have to leave the place. Nothing more beautiful on earth than the Scottish highlands.
ОтветитьGlencoe’s gorgeous! I toured Scotland in three different occasions and the country is just beautiful, amazing landscapes, nice people, great food and the weather makes the country looks quite mysterious or mystical. Can’t wait to go back. I would love to go to the Isles . I only know the isle of Skye which la crème de la crème!
ОтветитьFocus...
ОтветитьThis place is beautiful wow 😮
ОтветитьMy wife and I drove through Glencoe on our way to Inverness and it's one of the prettiest places I've seen.
ОтветитьSuper good, some nice tips and views, thank you for posting!
ОтветитьMe and my GF are heading up in a few days and we want to do the lost valley hike as well. Do you know a good place to get parked near the starting point? Thanks
ОтветитьGreat video, man. Great work
ОтветитьYou're honestly are such an inspiration! Thank you so so much for inspiring me to get off my butt and start vlogging again. This video was soooo beautiful to watch! And so well edited! Sending you all the love in the world!
ОтветитьLoved it, thanks for sharing, very well filmed, liked and subbed :)
