ОтветитьLove your workouts! Have to admit, I actually had trouble with the wobble shimmy. I guess my body was so used to doing faster shimmies that I had to train my body to slow it down!

ОтветитьLove your videos! I bellydanced 2009-2011 and these are so helpful as I've been getting back into it. One question, would you consider doing a video comparing/contrasting the different shimmies? Even with your breakdown of the wobble shimmy I'm having trouble doing it differently from the Egyptian shimmy.

I literally cannot belly dance for the life of me my legs stay so close to each other so it's so hard for me to aren't for me to keep my legs close without hitting my thighs and closing my legs

ОтветитьI found this routine a couple of weeks ago. I'm amazed at how much better my range of motion feels better. I can reach so much more quickly now. I'm 49 years old and 5'10 two fiddy. Never was sloppy, but I was stove up stiffer after one movement. I can move now. Also my covid-19 vaccine shot doesn't hurt anymore.
