- Clarification: The official title of the "Four Winds" wasn't actually established until the Era of Aristocracy, but as far as we know the roles of each of the winds basically remained the same prior to them obtaining an official title.

@Ashikai I've seen Signora teaser from miHoyo somewhere saying that Rostam died due to the attack of a poisonous dragon (must have been Durin) and not from the attack of the Abyss. And the fact that he died right in Monstadt amidst the battle meaning Rostam wasn't on an expedition to Khanrae but instead was just defending Monstadt against the Dragon ? I could be wrong, but do dig into that.

OK this is pretty much a theory , pretty much archons are genetically modified lifeforms, that I guess ancient humans made a long time ago.

Like the first archons, I guess thousands of years ago , were probably humans that were modified into archons.

Meaning of the original archons were human , and the newer archons, or of different races. Like animals, humans that have potential to become one,and other life forms that I have potential.

Depending on the vision, you get, or if you’re an elemental creature .

If they defeated him, and if he died that means his body would explode and kill Everyone. It would explain why old Monstadt is in ruins when they defeated him his body probably exploded.

Because if he was still alive, he would’ve taken revenge on his own people . Or he’s hiding get revenge future quest.🤔🤔🤔🤔 (this is just a theory.)

So Dekaravian was the archon of storms, and was a tyrant and a god. I thought it was just a human.

OK how did a bunch of humans defeat a god, that’s what I want to know??because they definitely have to get help from a God to defeat another one. Or tiny Venti who was a wind spirit and help with the revolution. And then he became next archon of Mondstadt.

So Venti isn’t the original archon of the Nation and Boris the wolf god, is a former archon that decided to I guess not bother to humans much. And probably didn’t want to become the archon of Monstandt.

Which means there’s more than just seven archons , like the main seven ruling over each nation.

While other archons that don’t care or didn’t fight in the war or survive, the war might still be around .

Please research about the relationship between venti and the (god of time) probably and also what happened to that god. I can't understand enough from the notes and puzzles from that faraway island.

Can you make a video or a series about the current storyline (not the history) with all the archon and story quests in order. Too much things have happened that I lost track of what is going on. Ever since I started playing, I tried to go with a story order but it's so confusing. It would be great if hoyoverse could give a clear order of how the story should proceed.

there was a 8th region that was forgotten, it fell during the khaerianah (HOW SPELL THIS SHI) destruction, there were many people who lived there, they went insane and committed genocide.

the primogem shape.
could be the shape of bloodshed, or the shape of loss? because dainslief,kaeya, and albedo both have this shape on themself, dain and kaeya are both from khaerianah (lmao spell issue), and that region was destroyed, maybe albedo had a loss, a friend, a soul.

coming back to this video feels immensely interesting considering the newfound information that all archon except rukkhadevata were present and active for the destruction of Khaenri'ah.. between durin, the abyss energy, and well. Khaenri'ah, that may be the reason for venti's immensely long slumber after.. I'm so curious to know more about his role in that end

I think this should be updated. There was of no account telling signora hated Venti for not saving her lover, for not helping, etc. She was just consumed with rage and grief because of her lover's death but there was nothing that stated she hated Barbatos or Mondstadt. We all know there were mistranslations of their meeting in the archon quest so..

This is the kind of video i've been looking for, a general retelling of every nation's story we know so far. I love Genshin's world, but i have trouble reading bunch of text with unknown context, not to mention there's like billion of them

Interesting to see what exactly happened with Venti during the cataclysm. Sure he couldn’t protect the knights of favonius in kaenriah bc of Durin but the way info is presented at us makes us believe the dragon appeared after the cataclysm started. So either Venti returned from Kaenriah due to the Durins threat or he simply didn’t go to Kaenriah in the first place. Tho according to Makoto what happened in the now destroyed nation is not something an archon could ignore. Ofc Venti as sus as he’s always been may have had a reason not to go.

please please please make more of these videos, i can’t be bothered going through all the archon and story and world quests without getting incredibly distracted and or bored and finding easy to follow lore videos is so hard :(

Every fatui harbinger exept Scaramouche has an Italian name such as : signora, that means woman. And the others like Dottore means doctor. And the rest colombina, pulcinella, etc. Are from famous Venice theater characters. .l
Venti the bard also as an Italian not name, but meaning, venti is the plural of Wind in Italian.

I just love the little wordplay they have with "Lionfang" and "Dandelion" knight as a german it really amuses me since they basically both mean "Löwenzahn" in German. Löwenzahn could mean lionfang if you talk about the animal or dandelion if you talk about the flower.

As a fan of the Lord of the Rings series, I've always felt a deep connection with Mondstat and its atmosphere. The wide-open plains, rolling hills, the simple yet fulfilling way the people of Mondstat live their lives... it reminds me of how it felt immersing myself in the amazing world building by J.R.R. Tolkien.

I think that the bigest problem of mondstadt is that he is located on a island and it cant grow so if the population gets bigger mondstadt will be faced with a big troble maybe they will expand springvale its we only solution that i can think of

Miss Ashikai I have a problem. I can't stop associating Yanfei with yourself anymore. I had Yanfei in my team do deal with a stage in the mechanical array event a couple of days ago. Still had her in my party afterwards and when I realized I literally thought to myself "oh I still have ashikai in my party" and was shocked ..... xd

It's never stated anywhere in the game though that Signora holds a grudge against Venti because "he couldn't save her lover". She couldn't even remember her past (yet) when she met Venti and the traveler in the Prologue Chapter. Plus, according to Elegy for the End, there're two battles going on and ending at the same time: the knights vs abyss monsters in foreign land & Venti+Dvalin vs Durin above Dragonspine. It's not like Venti "came late", he was fighting somewhere else far away from the knights so there's no way he could save Rostam. Signora hates Venti because of this reason is simply unreasonable.

about Mondstadt - Mondstadt has 4 winds. Dragon of the east, Wolf of the north, Lion on the South and Falcon of the west. but when i tried to up them on the map. it upside down Q.Q the map is flipped!!
bt the map of the game the wolf is south of Mondstadt, and the Stormterror lair on the west. the arena of gladiators (venessa) on east.

(Hi, this is not really related to the video that much but I want to put it here in case it gives any ideas, even though it’s a stretch. It’s mainly focused on Venti.):














If it turns out that the traveller twins are inspired by Adam and Eve rather than Lucifer (or a mix of both Adam and Eve and Lucifer), could Venti be somewhat based on the serpent that tempts Eve to try the fruit and gain knowledge?

I just thought of this when I recalled that Venti likes apples and because the Abyss sibling seems more knowledgable about the world of Genshin than the traveller the player controls.

I really love this. Venti is always seen as lazy and just straight up sleeping thru everything, but he did his part many times. Also I don't know why people think he has the highest "kill streak" in Khaenriah. If someone knows please reply, thanks!
