As a once Alpha-Male, I must say that those engines in those boats were like hookers who I used to employ, for, you know, a day or three. Temperamental AF, yet worth every minute.

In the Thumbnail, looks like 2 Allisons or 2 RR Merlins!!! I believe that the old Navy PT Boats had 2 or 3 Allison V12s!

Pretty awesome compilation! That first boat though sounded as if it had som trouble with the lifters. Sounded exactly like the start-up of a GTO mk 3 "the judge". I was lucky enough to capture. That's something you don't get to see too often here in Sweden unless you're a regular
visitor of cruises. The owner explained it all to me, after he was able to stop lauging at my reaction from the exhaust being re-egnited (scared shittles, lol! 😂)
