ОтветитьI do this without the rope i was jumping and following along but with the swing balls on top so i don't hit anything but 15 minutes yess sir it does the trick thank you. My legs do feel it very good calve workout and everything 😊 thank you.

ОтветитьThanks, encouraging to try. The reality of what makes this difficult and unfair imho is only 500 calories are lost after such long hard work. When you eat a meal, sit for only 5min and it’s +1000 instantly 😂 😅
