Travel Geeks and Mountaineers PH goes to Masasa Beach!

The better half of Diwata RR, Ian, celebrated his birthday with beach bumming in Masasa Beach, socials, a minor trek of Mag-Asawang Bato, and island hopping.

Masasa Beach is located in Maricaban Island, Tingloy, Batangas. The beach has clear, turquoise waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and powdery white sand. There are also rock formations along both ends of the beach shore. For climbers or hikers, there is a peak one can climb from the beach called Mag-Asawang Bato, where there are 2 large rock formations at the top that look like a couple facing each other. There are also several beautiful caves and beaches to visit via boat on the other side of the island. One may also visit Sombrero Island during the island hopping tour.
