Daario should have died after challenging the Knight King to 1v1 combat in a scene that almost mirrors this one exactly. Only difference being that this time Daario is the one killed fast. It would have been a good nod to the previous seasons, it would have ended Daario's character perfectly and would have shown just how tough the Knight King really was.
