You doing good thing, but You left the parking brake on dude😂😂😂 the is why the read tire is not moving
Ответить1A Auto mechanics are very professional in making these videos. I would trust them way more than my local dealership.
ОтветитьReally super informative. I have this issue now with car pulling and losing fluid. Brake is sinking. Taking it in tomorrow.
ОтветитьThis guy is overthinking everything
ОтветитьI’m broke now it’s everything you said 😂
ОтветитьWhy does everyone refer to the "parking brake" , as an e-brake? Even the dash light illuminates a (P)!?
ОтветитьGreat video. One thing I found to assist in finding a sticking brake caliper is a Inferred Temp. checker. Drive down the road for a while, jump out and shoot each rotor to check temps. All mine except for one were within 5 degrees of one another and close to 170 degrees. The one sticking was 310 degrees. Quick and easy diagnosis.
ОтветитьThis mechanic is LEVEL 99999999
ОтветитьThis is the problem ive had with my 2011 Ford Taurus since i bought it a few months ago. I did take it in to the dealership and they said nothing is wrong of course. The steering wheel now is crooked when driving straight, i swear it feels like the brakes are stuck on one wheel. The brake pedal feels weird too and there is vibration under seat. I had them check the brakes and suspension but I am gonna take it somewhere else right away. It was not the Ford dealership btw
ОтветитьGot a link for the caliper piston tool?
ОтветитьWait a minute , is this 1A AUTO or TRQ I'm confused? 😂😂
ОтветитьI love how you didn’t tell anyone that you need to put it in neutral too spin the back tires because any truck the back won’t roll anyways 😂
ОтветитьJ hi ow about if some smart person replaced your calliper pins that are not for your car
ОтветитьWhen ned flanders pretends to be a mechanic.
ОтветитьI like how they explain! I think is not better way to do it .
ОтветитьMy mother-in-laws truck was pulling to the left pretty bad, I took it in to get the tires rotated and have the alignment done. I picked it up and it still pulls to the left. She took it to get the brakes done today, so hopefully that will indeed be out problem. I'm pulling a large heavy 5th wheel 2 hours through mountains and I am really hoping it's not a wheel bearing or something that could fail and cause an accident.
ОтветитьMy QX4 was fine then they changed the struts and the mounts and now my car pulls to whichever direction I turn to. After I make a right turn and try to straighten the wheel it pulls to that side. Same thing with I make a left turn, it pulls to the left when I straighten the wheel. What could have gone wrong?
ОтветитьBest video I have seen yet. Awesome job!
One question is: would the Brake Light also be illuminated with this condition?
Great video. My car was hit on the front passenger to the curb, and just had a pull to left ever since. Why do none of the mechanic in my area even bothered to went through this thorough of a check, all they say is it's potential frame damage and tell me to forget about it😭
ОтветитьThank you!!
ОтветитьGreat video, but one video says not to squeeze off brake hose, but you do in thix one ?
ОтветитьOutstanding presentation 👏🏿
ОтветитьThanks man
ОтветитьA video on suspension that doesn't actually do suspension 😂
ОтветитьDude... you set the (P) brake!! Of course it's gonna be "stuck pretty good". And I came here for advise...
ОтветитьGood job; simple, straightforward, no bedtime stories, just facts.....and that's the way it's supposed to be done!
ОтветитьWalmart carriages, and elsewhere do the same thing they also need wheel alignment etc.
ОтветитьVery good video. Nice to finally see someone who knows exactly what they're taking about!
ОтветитьThe problem is the bow tie on the steering wheel. Now that you opened the can, then now all the worms are going to come out.🥴 Don’t forget all the hand cream degreaser. Those caliper piston are all rusted from cataminated water not flushing every weekend!
ОтветитьJack it up. If it moves by hand you need to replace. Sometimes the tires are just oblongued and need replacement on older vehicles unless you have a shimmy.
ОтветитьAnother totally awesome repair vid! Thanks Len!!!🎉
ОтветитьWhat do u do if latex paint clogs a drain😊
ОтветитьWhy can't a brake caliper that has multiple pistons have one piston get adjusted at a time?
ОтветитьFirst time ive heard him say vehicle no offense
ОтветитьThis dude is awesome. Straight jacked up!!
ОтветитьThank you, thank you !!!
ОтветитьLower control arm bushing to!
ОтветитьIf u are working on ford truck rear brakes they won’t push in, bleeding it brings to mind but that’s not the case. U have to put truck in Maintenance mode for it to b release your brakes. U can watch u tube to get to learn how.. kind sucks.. took me forever but eventually was able to
ОтветитьWhere can i find those wheel chocks? And are they expensive? 🤔
ОтветитьI have a 2006 Grand Marquis at low speeds I make a turn feels like the rear end shifts over just so slightly
ОтветитьI thought my brakes weren’t bled properly or something. Got new shocks cuz they were old, didnt pull and were a lot firmer, also helped steering
ОтветитьI replaced my calipers both front of a 2002 Cadillac escalade ext and now they grind and make a terrible noise when im driving and turning its even worse..could lubricant be the issue
ОтветитьU didn't bother to mention the tires and used tires.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your videos. May be you can help me diagnose my car problem.
I have creaking or groaning noise issues on my Mazda CX-5 2014 automatic transmission. The groaning noise comes from the front when I hit the brake pedal to a stop and when I release the pedal every single time. I lubricated already the caliper slide pins and brake shims on the front brakes and cleaned the rotors as well using brake cleaner. I put the car on test drive but the groaning noise did not go away. Strangely this noise occurs when the car is on Drive or Reverse. But when I switch the gear to neutral before stopping and hit the brake for a slow gradual stop, the noise does not happen. I feel source of the noise is not from the brakes anymore. It only happens when either Drive or Reverse is engaged and pressing and releasing the brake pedal even when the car is not moving at all. I had a similar issue on my previous cars (Jaguar S-Type 2005 and Honda City 2010) but never had a chance to get it fixed because I sold them away.
Would appreciate your insight and suggestions on this issue and which area of the car I should look into to get to the source of the groaning noise and to fix it.
Thank you.
You have the same brand and model Jack as I do. Now I know I have the good floor jack since you guys use it.
ОтветитьGood 👍
