Hey how do you guys stake and delegate to an ftso. I’m delegated to an ftso but since I’m staked in flare farms, my delegating balance (wsgb) is zero. 🤷‍♂️ so do I have to unstake from Thursday to Saturday during the lock cycle? Thanks 🤙

Hello and thank you for this recent video. I want to use my Bifrost Wallet to access my EXFI and SGB for creating SFIN. When I am on Flare Finance, I see where I can connect my wallet, but I am having trouble connecting. When I click on Connect my Wallet, I also have the Flare Finance open on my Bifrost Wallet, but still can't connect. Am I missing a step? Do I need to have Metamask open too? Thank you!
