I reviewed this video. Specificall Tip #3. I want to thank you for this so much. Why? I bowled a 247 in my league last night. I have been bowling unkowingly using my whole hand for the last 5 years. Suddenly, my thumb fit perfectley in my bowling ball and my revolutions just went sky high. Also, I could control my Axis Tilt to match the lane oil pattern. Considering all the other videos I have watched, your video, so far, is the only one I have viewed that emphazied Tip #3. My gut tells me that you are a very good bowler yourself and a very good person. Thank you so much for making this video. You may indeed be a genius. As it is said "You Can't Prohibit Genius"
Ответитьif you could just go over the basics too of where you are lining up and where you are aiming to play the hook would be helpful and also how you bowl your first bowl vs your spare ball?
Ответить❤ good
ОтветитьThanks for your tip on the release, knowing the bowling ball is going to hit the pins from the right or left side, where do you actually aim the ball?
Phil
helo i am from malaysia i want to ask how should i get much more energy release by finger pointing 6 o clock (because now i was release outside the ball )
Ответитьhow are you going to practice everyday? Is bowling so cheap in America?
Where I live 1 hour on the lane costs between 15 (cheapest) and 35 Euro :/
😢
Thank you
Great tutorial! 👍
ОтветитьAm I missing something? This doesnt show how to create a spin? Only how to hold and how to stand. How do you generate spin to hook it? It I throw it to the side it just gutters as I have no idea how to generate the require spin 😂
Ответитьeveryone: watching this in hopes of practicing alot and being an amazing bowler
me: intensely engraving every millisecond of this video into my memory as if my life depended on it for that one night of bowling with my friends

ОтветитьMost people who want to can't afford or don't have a schedule that would let them practice that often.
Ответитьsandro una pregunta si a uno el eje de la bola le va entre los dedos es lo que se decia full roller, asi juego yo, como hago para pasar a semiroller q es con el giro dentro de 1/3 de la pelita se es mas efectivo....
Ответитьso a problem i have when i wanna start using the thumb, is that at the release part my thumb doesn’t come off even if i try
ОтветитьHow exactly do you do that?
ОтветитьGreat vid! I’m 58 and just getting back in the bowling I’m picking up a new phase 2 here next week. Excited to try this!
ОтветитьCould you please make a series of videos specifically for left-handed bowlers. Things like hooking the ball, releasing the ball ect. ect. Please, for there really are no videos of bowling specifically for left-handed bowlers. I realize that left-handed bowlers are only about 20% of the bowling population. I would certainly appreciate your assistance.
Ответить😊 excellent tutorial for me .. thank you ... am 66 and now bowling the best games of my life .. where were you 50 years ago😅 .. am having so much fun .. thank again and best 👌 wishes sir ❤
Ответитьthank you so much to articulate the mechanics of hooking.
ОтветитьAwesome video. It has helped me to hook my bowling ball properly.🎉
Ответитьthank you, now i am pro
ОтветитьHi Sandro, I have a question for you. In this video you say that the hand should be inside the ball. But in your video "How to hook bowling ball like the pros (explained)", the pro bowlers have the hand cocked on the outside of the ball. I am guessing that the hand transitions from inside the ball to the cocked position. Is this true? Assuming yes, where does this transition occur in the release? Thanks!
Ответить👍 Easy to understand. 😄
Ответитьthe best video that teach how to hook bowling!
ОтветитьGot a question what's the most popular weight of the bowling ball that you use in other people's like mine is 15
ОтветитьDoes hand position matter, like for example when I would stand on my mark and hold the ball and prepare to go, does it matter what angle/position my hand would be in to generate more revs?'
ОтветитьI have one doubt… I notice the release is like rotating the ball to the left side in a 45 degree but the ball travels to right how is this possible?
ОтветитьI want to thank you for your great instruction technique! You have explained something I have wondered about for a long time in a way I can clearly understand. You truly have a gift and I wish I could take some one-to-one coaching from you as I think this would benefit me greatly. I am in Southern California. Do you give lessons?
Thanks again, I will work on this.
Thanks for this video. The tips are so helpful. I hope i can do better nxt time. God bless
ОтветитьMy issue is I can’t get behind the ball…when I’m releasing it feels like I’m on top of it
ОтветитьToo hard for me I’ll just bowl two handed
Ответить!!! Friends, help me understand. Do I understand correctly that everything we are talking about here refers to exercises with a personal ball, made to order on the wrist. The fact is that for an effective game, everyone advises taking the heaviest ball possible (14-15-16), but only Hercules can keep a standard rental ball of this weight in this position. I honestly tried to follow these tips and hold the rental ball (12) like in the video, but after 1 hour of training, my hand and fingers hurt for a week. So where to start? Order a personal ball, and then train or take a standard ball of less weight (the problem with it is in the diameters of the holes for the fingers and the distance between the holes)? Thanks for the answers
ОтветитьThis is the best video on how to really hook its so good that it shows how to hook with a house ball no finger tip! I see that in order to hook you need a ball you can cup easy a heavy ball will cause a weak wrist and it won’t hook also will tend to grab with fingers. Thank you can’t wait to try this
ОтветитьU know this is gonna help me because I’m having the issues where I’m hooking it with my whole wrist and I’ve been working on my release bye my thumb coming out first then my fingers do the work it’s hard man
ОтветитьThis is the best video for beginner, intermediate and pro bowlers. Thanks for the amazing video
ОтветитьBy far the best tutorial
ОтветитьI have a question, if i want to keep my hand behind the ball in order to give effect, I need to be with the forearm in tension right?
I can't put the hand behind the ball, maybe i have week forearms or...
I am doing the technic to put the hand behind the ball badly and you don't need to be in tension at all?
I want to know, i've been trying to give effect to the ball for a long time but i can't put the hand behind the ball...
Do you need to be using the forearm to put the hand in the right possition, like doing force?
Getting my hand under the ball is something a really want to start implementing in my game. But I have a question, is the foul line drill doable at home? Because I would love to go to my center 5 days a week to practice but my center is 45 minutes away and that’s just not practical for me with school and everything else.
ОтветитьThank you for the detailed and well filmed hand positioning. I think just changing my hold and bending my arm will get me above 200.
ОтветитьHola sandrito, un fuerte abrazo.. Alex navarro por aqui. Desde venezuela
ОтветитьAwesome Video. I never knew Ryan Garcia does bowling too.
ОтветитьI know what to do, but doing it is much harder for me. Keeping my hand behind the ball requires wrist and hand strength, but I apparently don't have enough to keep my hand in the proper position. Bowling two handed solves that problem, but being 72 years old, I don't generate enough ball speed to make the two handed delivery effective. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьI have a been practicing trying to hook the ball and doesn't curve at all. Do the drilled holes matters? I have a raw hammer. Should I get the black ⚫️ widow ball? 🤔
ОтветитьNow i need to learn how not to hook the ball😂.
ОтветитьHow does one build up the strength to hold the ball that way? Man, kudos to people that hold it under with the thumb in!!
ОтветитьGood video! I only bowl straight, so these tips give me a lot more confidence to start learning the hook shot.
ОтветитьAwesome video! I’ve been bowling for a long time and I’m what most players would refer to as a pure stroker release. I want to transform my game because my pin carry is not great. I am definitely going to practice your foul line drill many times until I get it right!
Ответитьthank you..thank you n thank you coach..a very great technique
