I'm Brazilian, I'm 17 years old and I'm using the translator to speak. This workout was really good, it made me really tired! I was surprised that you finished training so quickly, I took 3 hours to train and I couldn't finish it all, there were a few shots left that I'll finish tomorrow. But at the beginning of the training, in the dribbling and shooting part, I was making mistakes and I was angry and frustrated wanting to do another training, but by chance, I accidentally skipped to the end of the video where you talked about the seed that God placed in people, and that served as motivation to train, since as soon as I watched it, the penny dropped that I can't give up and I won't. Even making mistakes and training alone under a sun of 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), which is a high temperature here. Even with all this I didn't give up and trained. Thank you very much! This one is the blueprint though! I'll incorporate it into my workout sessions and without a doubt will pass these down to the youth I coach!1❤
