would be better than this, and my brother was really not-into the idea, he didn't have any.

I have been to Southeast Asia for the first time this summer and learned a lot about cooking. Now that I'm recreating it at home I am shocked by how little meat I actually use. From 1 medium/small chicken breast you can make 3-4 portions of egg fry rice. That is why you add eggs, tofu/tempeh, praw crackers, peanuts, bean sprouts, etc. you don't have to get your daily protein intake from just meat from just 1 meal. Out of 1 breast you can make breakfast, lunch and dinner easily, and with eggs, beans, rice, nuts, tofu/tempeh you can easily get all your nutrients.
But when you are only used to supermarket food it becomes very easy to think that one chicken breast = one serving because that is how they are sold.

I've watched RR's Asian food recipe videos and she should stop. Stick to what she knows well. Italian is what got her on the map, that would be better for her. I agree, Asian foods are not hard to mess up, but what she does is a whole other level. Of course, its often labeled as "Asian Inspired" and to her taste. Easier to mask the muck-up.

As soon as she said "mint" I lost interest in anything she said. WTF!?
