Can I ask you how you have found sertraline over all? I have been on and off deciding whether to start anti Ds but feel conflicted due to all I hear about side effects. Are you finding they are making a difference? X

Wish I could reach through the screen and give you a hug! With Sertraline the max dose is 200mg per day. So although you may have started at 50mg and seemed to help it takes time to get the dose right. Genuinely keep at it, and review with your Dr. There are also other types you can try.

Personally I’m on the max dose daily- always take in the AM as my dr described them as my “UP” tablets.

I also take quetiapine which is an antipsychotic on a low dose- dr called them my “DOWN” tablets always before bed as it helps to calm my mind and help me get more restful sleep. ❤❤
