We need fasting to keep healthy like how muslims do in Ramadan which is a special month in their calender. During it they continue life from dawn to set without drinking and eating.

No matter how hard the try, humans will never be able to stop the aging process unless they become robots or cyborgs. They may be able to slow it down but then you have to ask what the purpose would be? We would only be even more over populated and ruin the environment more.

I have discovered the way to stop aging. And by stopping it, the body will heal and reverse all the symptoms of aging. There is no magic pill. It is a process. So, Google, what are you willing to pay me? 😁

This won't ever happen for the Plebs. It will be considered disruptive, and get buried. Only the oligarchs will get it. You think they are going to allow a world where the slums fill up with people that won't die while they keep popping out more kids that also won't die? Not until we can spread out off the planet.

We are the luckiest people to have ever existed. We were born into the information age and we ARE going to reverse aging.

People, do every single thing that you can to stay alive longer. If you can make it 10 or 20 more years we could all live to be hundreds of years old or longer. And start investing now, compound interest over a period of a few HUNDRED years will make you incredibly rich.

Living longer could give people more time to do things that they like, many people spend their live working, they don´t have enought time to get fun, visit other countries, create memories with their families. Ageing and mortal illness are inevitable now but what if we could slow down ageing or find a effective cure for cancer, we could enjoy more the life instead of being worried about when would be the end.

We all wish to live longer, genetic studies are advancing incredibly fast, this is a great opportunity for those who wish to do more things, such as adults, those who wish to make amends for their mistakes and finally those who wish to conclude something of their lives.
Undoubtedly science is making a great contribution in this field.

Exploring scientific methods like fasting, epigenetic reprogramming, and parabiosis for anti-aging raises interesting possibilities. However, some caution that pursuing rejuvenation and very long life for humans could threaten civilization. Those in power may actively work to limit average lifespans to preserve societal stability. Additionally, accessing longevity secrets may come at a significant cost, adding complexity to the ethical and practical considerations of extending human life.

The concept of slowing down the aging process through scientific techniques like fasting, epigenetic reprogramming, and parabiosis sparks intriguing possibilities. The mention of these methods raises questions about the potential for realizing a "Peter Pan" dream of staying perpetually young. The intersection of science and aging opens up exciting avenues for exploration and raises hope for innovative approaches to enhance longevity and well-being.

The research that the scientifics are doing is very interesting. I didn’t know about this, but I’m very surprised at the posibility of slowing down or even stopping the aging proccess. What caught my attention was that they are not only interested in aging, but also in a healthy aging and about the positive effects on our society.

Death is absolutely a part of life, and even essential for the functioning of nature as we know it. For every dead tree, human, organism, whatever... the decomposition of said organism reintroduces materials to the environment, which becomes recycled in the system, and continues on and on. There is a decent chance that some of the particles of your body now once belonged to another human being in a previous time. Not only this, but death is critically important for a society. New ideas and lifestyles can only be made possible with the death of previous ideas. This would be significantly more difficult if the previous generations all continued to live. I'm happy to have known my grandparents whilst they were alive, but I don't know how I would feel about being raised by my great great great great great great great grandfather. If they all looked 35 years old, then how would we distinguish between all of them? Can you imagine Genghis Khan still around? Rather than attempting to stop death (which is a necessary part of nature), science should instead focus on alleviating the pains associated with aging. However, death is simply a part of the system that we ought not fear. It's like, puberty... an inevitable and necessary part of the process of this thing called life.

Really interesting video about living longer and maybe turning back the clock on aging. It talks about the cool science stuff happening right now. Can we actually reverse aging? The video breaks down the science behind it, like messing with cells and genes. It's pretty mind-blowing to think about how technology and medicine might help us live longer and healthier lives. The video also brings up some big questions about what this could mean for society and how we think about getting older.

Rejuvenation and very long life are possible for humans but if implemented to most of people, it will destroy our civilization. Our civilization is already on the brink of collapse. People live too long! So, people in power understand the problem and do anything possible to shorten average lifespan and to extend existence of the civilization.
Don't expect that you may learn secrets of longevity for free.
