While it is true, that with good design and good maintenance nuclear power is quite save, i would never ever say there is no chance of an incident.

In D-D fusion by hitting the Hg nucleus on D2O angle molecule 50% to T+p so then D-T fusion. Gold does not reabsorb neutrons again in this arrangement either.

Also CO2/Hg turbine circuit efficiency close to 100% is possible without waste with cooled condenser and cooling towers & water at the back with centrifugal compressor pulled, compressed & pumped then with return also indirectly everything cooled everything thermally fully isolable
