What if I planted but didn’t wet my seeds first?

How often do you add fertilizer? Cuz water level goes down and you need to add water which I assume weakens fertilizer.

Hello, nice video. I am just starting to look at these units. I noticed that compared to many other similar units, the tank is much shallower -- looks like abouth 2/3 or half the depth of other units, and lower volume (3 liter vs 5-6 liter). Does that seem to make any difference? I mean, have you ever felt like it would have been helpful to have deeper water depth -- I don't know, maybe to accommodate more roots or allow you to go longer between fills?

I added water to the bottles of A&B nutrients & then wondered if I was to take out some of the tablets & pellets first. Was I?

Appreciate your instructions as the instructions that came with mine gave no instructions in how to prepare the nutients. My unit is the same brand but slightly different power panel. My question is how do I make the filter run more than a few minutes. Should it be running all the time, if so how can I make it do it? When I set it to go it only goes for a very short time and shuts off. The light goes on and off every 12 hours.

My seeds were growing well for the first few days but one day when I went to turn on the lights it wasn’t working. The water pump was also off even though everything was plugged in fine when I checked the bottom and the outlet I plugged it into. Any ideas on how to fix it?

It seems not to healthy the letuce plant and the leves are very fragile.
Maybe it is ok for hydroponics...i do not know but with soil it is way better.

A couple of questions: (1) When you put the seeds in the sponge, do you set them at the top of the hole/pit in the center or do you need to press the seeds down into the sponge material? (2) I saw elsewhere someone recommending that you not add fertilizer until the seeds germinate, was wondering if you had thoughts on timing of fertilizer?

Should cover the little holes if they open to the water as light will corrupt the water , I believe.

I received an upgrade version; it has 3 liters, If I have to mix a and b in 1 liter of water, the another 2 liters should be just water ??? Someone understand my point? Some help !!!

I made the mistake of not seeing the measurements on the side of the cap and using a full capful per litre of water. YIKES! Will they still grow or do I need to start all over? Wish I had found your videos 3 days ago when I set mine up. Any suggestions?
