I’m an ICU nurse from Canada and only now was I able to sit down and stomach watching this. I sobbed and sobbed. I wish everyone could see this. The public just doesn’t understand what we went though. I lost a piece of myself during the pandemic and I don’t know if I’ll ever get it back.

Wow. Nat geo war profiteers.

Is this when the hospital had their death protocol they cared for patients for over a year then fires them disgusting speak up nurses it will rot you to your grave not telling the truth. One healthy person is one customer lost .

I watched this yesterday in bed with Covid. Blessed it took till now for me to get it. I live Astoria, Queens, less than a few miles from where this was shot. Very emotional. I cried several times.

This gives a glimpse of what frontline workers went through. As a Canadian Respiratory Therapist my heart went out to those in New York and what you went through everyday.

On the other side i’m very disappointed in National Geographic for not even mentioning Respiratory Therapists. We were running those ventilators, high flow oxygen and helping those with COVID 19 - a respiratory virus. There are far more professions in the hospitals than just Doctors and Nurses and the hospital would come to a grinding halt with out all of us in the background. I wont begin to list you all but thank you to each and everyone of you!!!!

I watched yesterday, with out a doubt one of the hardest doco I've ever watched.

I think now would hav ben appropriate to put President Trump in the movie, he was the one who got us the vaccines

They were heroes when the plandemic first hit, now the ones who refuse to take that bs shot are being fired!

Working in a hospital as a transporter I see this everyday ... Even though I'm not a nurse it's sad to see this in a hospital

If only they had treated people with available medications, so many deaths would have bee avoided. But what profits would that have brought in for big pharma?

I don't even feel sympathy for those Herman Cain awardees anymore. They're just vile scum endangering innocent people, including those who actually have valid reasons to not take the shot. Call it mean spirited, but I almost enjoy reading the timeline of how their smug ignorance with discriminatory/anti-science/conspiratorial meme posts devolves into sheer panic as they die gasping for air.

I sure would like to see this streamed. Will not go into theatre now. Certain people need to see this now safely.

As a nurse educator, I cried at the trailer. It's felt like training young nurses to enter the battlefield, like never before in my 25 years of nursing.

This should be obligatory for anti-vaxxers and pandemic deniers (I am aware that group includes nurses too).

These are the people anti-vaxxers are putting at risk, yet they depend on the front line nurses and health are workers when they get sick.

Vaccinate and save lives.
