It looks like you're sitting on an invisible chair.
ОтветитьI love the exercises but I don't have dollars to purchase the e-book.
ОтветитьIs it normal to hear slight creaking sounds when doing neck exercises?
ОтветитьYour exercises are great
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьMy doctor recommended this site for me to try for arthritis in my neck and shoulder. I do it every day and it has really helped me. Thanks!
ОтветитьMy senior online exercise group has been doing this workout every Friday for 3 years. Thank you so much, Mike, for helping us get through the pandemic!
ОтветитьThank you for these neck exercises. I know I get a lot of tension in my neck and these will help to relieve.
ОтветитьAlways have time for this one. Helps me backup my car. Thank you from Charlie in Syracuse NY🙂
ОтветитьThese are great for my stiff neck, Mike, thank you. Also very much enjoy the exercise routines, but as someone else comments it usually involves searching through a lot to find the right ones - any chance of a programme we could follow? Will keep on putting it in! Cheers.
ОтветитьThank you for your video did these exercises with you 💕 god bless you and your family
ОтветитьI really enjoy training under your guidance, many thanks

ОтветитьBest neck stretch yet. Thank you from Charlie in Syracuse NY.
ОтветитьLove your channel! Many thanks!
ОтветитьThanks so much.
Ответитьwhat to do to relax v tight shoulder muscles. I like this exercise but also need to loosen shoulder muscles. This is because tight neck & shoulder muscles caused serious dizziness problem which is with treatment gone.
ОтветитьThank you for all the useful exercises you showed for the seniors 🙏
ОтветитьI like your exercise cause I need to do this cause I have muscle inflammation I have trouble of getting up where I am sitting down
ОтветитьGreat stretch. Love your sessions. Thank you from Charlie in Syracuse NY
ОтветитьEvery day for us, feels so good, relaxing & stress reliever 🙏
ОтветитьI love your neck stretching video. Can you add a neck strengthening video?
ОтветитьI am so grateful for these excercises
ОтветитьThank you! I have become stiff and sore after immobility due to injury — and then paralysed by the psychological side-effects, perhaps worse. I’m inspired by all the comments here from people older and/or with more serious conditions than me. Appreciate the many choices — reminds me that it’s always possible to do something 🌷🙏🦋
ОтветитьLove your program thanks
ОтветитьHello! Think I've done maybe 5 or more of your excellent video's! You are easy to follow along. Even getting the breathing part down good! Big thanks! Diane in Canada (arthritis and sciatia sufferer)
ОтветитьI feel so much better, have more energy doing these stretches and exercises for seniors. Thank you Mike. It would be much easier though if you would consider putting all the stretches on one video and the exercises in another rather than us having to look through all the different ones, then we will know we’ve done what we need to every day. 🙏👍☀️
ОтветитьIs there any way to buy a DVD of your exercises. They are so helpful.
ОтветитьVery good exercise I try this 👍👍🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
ОтветитьGoing to make this a regular routine! Along with some sciatic exercises!
Ответитьneck creaking and going so hopefully this will help. Thank you.
ОтветитьBrilliant!
ОтветитьThis is another one of your routines which I liked but didn't comment. It's one that works whenever my trapezius hurts given I have an arthritic cervical spine. Any amount of extended looking down causes this problem, and almost always this exercise relieves my discomfort. A belated thank you!...Anastasia
Ответить♥️🙏♥️
ОтветитьBeen doing this exercise for two weeks now it has helped me tremendously thanks so much
ОтветитьThanks Mike you give me comfort on my neck
ОтветитьThank you I needed that.
ОтветитьLove the exercises
ОтветитьFeels great
ОтветитьSo good , no more headache tabs !!
ОтветитьThis was so good for my neck. Thank you! Going to incorporate into my workouts♥️♥️♥️👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video.
ОтветитьHi Mike. I find that one side of my neck is weaker than the other but with careful repetition I believe it'll balance out. Thank you so much for these exercises. : )
ОтветитьOur family recently traveled 2800 miles to visit. It has been 2 1/2 years since we have seen them. Their first comment? My goodness, you have changed: you look so good. Next day, our 45-year-old daughter-in-law asked to do exercises with me - specifically this neck exercise. She is a vibrant person, but this exercise was tough for her = she has minimal flexibility. BUT she felt better afterward. My point, Mike? These systematic exercises are not just for 'Seniors'... (She loved that you were not bouncing up & down to loud music.)
ОтветитьIm 76 with spinal issues and the neck exercises really helped me. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThis is really good for my stiff shoulder and neck. I sincerely meant it. The whole motion is so well explained and done.
ОтветитьAre these to do daily?
ОтветитьThank you! I am recovering from LongCovid and these exercises are so gentle and accessible. A great start for me.
ОтветитьLove it. thanks
ОтветитьThanks. I enjoyed this exercises.
