Magikarp isn't the weakest Pokemon, the weakest Pokemon is Feebas. Let me explain. Feebas had 30 health and his only attack was a 50% chance to do 10 damage to himself and the other 50% did nothing. Basically, Feebas just commits suicide. (Btw this was a Pokemon card, not videogame).

Magikarp is wrong thought these were literal. Everyone who bothered knows just how badassed a Magikarp actually got especially at level 11, when it got this little ability named tackle.
