I’ve always been jealous of ppl who have a drawing tablet/iPad. Ive worked on paper or for digital my phone. I think you can get used to using a phone though. I mean it was pretty easy for me to understand how to use my phone for drawing in a way that made me comfortable!

It is difficult to draw but i am still trying to make it from 2 days continuously 🥵

Some tips for people drawing like this:

If you're worried about messing with the brush setting while drawing, you can make all of the other buttons collapse by pressing the downward pointing arrow. (Next to the layer button)

Also, if you want to see the whole drawing while zoomed in, press the arrow on the bottom right, settings, and then scroll to reference window. This will let you add reference pictures and look at the full drawing.

Your work is really incredible, and shows more guts as you draw in such a steady pace, unhindered by lack of utility.
I should put a lot of effort at learning to draw to maybe get a little reach to your level. Thanks for the video!

i have learnt that the type of brush you use makes a difference..

One tip I recommend if drawing is you don’t need to make it perfect when sketching, it’s just a sketch ❤

I've been drawing on my phone since 2019 and to be honest, I really enjoy it!! I really enjoy working on line art.. And also I'm using Samsung Galaxy A12.. I'm getting used to in vertical/portrait orientation.. it's more comfortable to me.. :)

When I started drawing, I thought I would be terrible without a stylus on a phone. But with practice, I got better. I have a stylus now, but it feels weird to use it so I stick to fingers.

I wonder if there are apps like these but instead of drawing them on to the screen ,it can transfer my sketches from paper to screen. I am not still used to the screen and has no stylus huhu

I've gotten the worst fortune twice in a row ;)

I'm drawing using my both thumb and in my preference, I can draw 4 hours non-stop with it when I'm in full mood and constantly changing my position from sitting, to lying, vice-versa, compared to using pentab in just 2 hour, my right ring finger become tired and hurting because constantly being holded with pen.

However, the biggest challenge drawing on phone is its phone's specification itself. Back when I was using Redmi Note 9 Pro, I was able to draw over 3K resolution with 70+ layers without Ibis Paint noticing any lag and stutter, then phone broken and I bought Samsung Galaxy A23 5G. When I was drawing on my recent phone, I notice that I can't go for over 3K resolution anymore because with just 20+ layers it became stutter, heck even I just finished flat color and cell shading to character, even not yet drawing background.

wow this is awesome!!! perfect example that u dont need any device to make good art.. .either u can do it or not... just getting a ipad wont make u picaso... if u know what u doing u can use basically everything... like we see here

Guys if you really struggle with line art then import a pencil sketch you drew into the program and draw over it
