ОтветитьSir, i have lower back pain for the last 4 months.I have taken many muscle relaxants(Nuberol forte) but my condition didnt improve. How can i know that my back pain is related to muscle or ligament strain? First it was on bith sides of lumbar Vertebrae, but now right side has recovered but left side is still there

ОтветитьOMG!!!! I have been hobbling around with low back pain for a week now. Barely moving. Doing stretches that I thought were right. Watched your video, spent last 45 min doing them. I CAN MOVE NOW!!!! Funny thing is I remember after seeing one of your stretches that Larry Bird used to do it during games. He was always laying on his stomach.

ОтветитьSo I came down with Covid on Friday and spent the next 24 hours in bed. When I got out of bed on Saturday I had one hellacious back ache, plus a Covid headache. By noon the Covid headache went away, but my back was killing me and I could hardly walk. I did some of these exercises and am feeling 90% better. Thank you for the video.

ОтветитьHello, would it be a good idea to do these 2 days after putting my back out lifting something heavy and awkwardly (carpenter of 20 years with lower back issues once in a while) it's likely a buldging disc and was the most pain I have ever felt after I lead on my front and tried to turn over.. so a bit scared to try the exercises 😬

roots at these levels) and ( Mild compressive radiculopathy is more marked at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels with impingement of nerve roots) , As per doctors i have a mild disc . Lower back pain from last 5 years , can i do these exercises, Pl confirm
