Two seats purchased and in both headrests' sides detached because of bad glue used during production. One was repaired another we got a replacement which lasted a couple of days and had to be returned for the same reason. I got a call today to collect another upgraded mesh version today and when was taken out of the box for inspection in the shop both side of headrests were already detached! This is unacceptable and will not buy this cheap make - will go for Britax next time.
