Please be aware more than one year passed and until now they couldn't return to those who were not successful in balloting then how they can complete the project in 5 years . These are big thieves showing you only dreams....i also applied for balloting and till now couldn't get my refund , now even customer care is not even replying that when they will refund

I do not recommend any one to invest in ARY Laguna. I have very bad experience with ARY management. They have very poor customer support system. Please invest some where else but not in ARY Laguna.

ARY brookers ko heavy commission day kr investors ko misguide kr k se paisay akatha kr rha hai. Abi tak Broker aur agent mafia paisay bna rha hai. Hum log buhat mehnat kr k paisay kamatay hain yar. ARY ko kuch Allah ka khof krna chahey.

Why none of you are mentioning the ARY Residencia bahria project!? Complete flop, after 3 years construction just started. ARY as a developer has no experience in construction and neither has any previous success stories, the one development launched is a flop, investors of ary residencia are crying for their monies. The whole laguna development is poorly thought out, oh people please look at the model and then tell me how much population will there be? Now look at the beach area! 🤣 enough for 10-15 families maybe! THIS PROVES they are not interested in actually building this project! People in pakistan are being blinded by the excitement of man made laguna promise!ARY laguna heading same way as faiza karachi, lack of communication from the start regarding balloting, booking. 30% downpayment to look at model only!🤣. All agents are only interested in hyping this project for own interest i.e commission and trading of forms! Sorry but as an overseas pakistani i dream of when things can change in this country, will stay same. In most of karachi only projects are being launched! How many projects have been delivered on time?? You cant even count on one hand!!
