Beautiful, thanks Jason. You're one of the first people that opened my mind to spirituality.

I’ve been listening to your meditations for a couple years now, and they have helped so much. However, lately I find myself in some kind trance where I can’t connect to anything and just live on auto-pilot. My passions no longer seem to hold value, and I always feel sort of numb, as if a part of me got disconnected. I’ve been trying to feel and live but it’s just not happening. I wish you could make a meditation to help reconnect with myself again.

To all the beautiful souls reading this, I want to send you a message of love, hope, and support. No matter what you're going through, remember that you are not alone in your struggles. I wish for healing and relief from anything that is causing you pain or stress

I have an ongoing neck and spinal problem, which causes such severe headaches that I can't even move most days. I've just watched a headache relief video, and for the first time in 3 days, I'm able to cope. The headache is still there but is manageable. Thank you for your amazing work ❤
