I read 'the Millionaire Next Door" as well and it's an excellent book. I can say that it is true that most millionaires and billionaires are first generation.... However, it's also true that the richest (billion and trillionaires - .0001%) are generational wealthy. Like the Rothschild's and Rockefellers! And aTHEY own monopoly size estates (like the Federal Reserve).
That being said though, I LOVE this book and am immediately applying it to my current situation, so thank you for this!

Im only 38 but wholeheartedly just don't care anymore. I was always someone who did my best to be optimistic and stay positive in situations that most would see as a negative. But now everyday I wake up and dread just being alive. I just wasn't made for this world.
