I'm just theorizing. 😅 And I barely know level 1 Mandarin, so I am not a reliable reference for accuracy at all, which means that actual Asian people who know any Chinese-related languages should be free to correct me or offer better alternatives.

Honestly, that's a very interesting take and gives some new possible meaning to the use of the negative space on Giygas's later forms looking like a baby. Especially in the context of his mind being wrecked from the power and negative emotions he's absorbed and much of the nonsense he speaks during the fight. He's a mess, and seemingly not even fully aware of what's happening, in a way, making him "innocent" and being manipulated by that point. Giygas wasn't able to bring himself to destroy earth the first time because of his childhood memories, so, he gathered power sought to remove those nice feelings and memories, but ended up having the effect leaving him the incomprehensible mess you see at the end. The Giygas fetus theory I don't think it meant to be taken literally with the visuals, more so, a representation of the state he's in with the messy mixed visuals of horror, and subtle implications with the way it's presented. And I think it might actually be intentional that it's the "unstable" form that shows the infant in the negative space, peeling away some of the vale that maybe, this isn't "evil" or that he doesn't WANT TO BE evil. The humiliation of being defeated by a song being sung to him ruined him in the long run.

Pokey's a liar. You aren't destroying "the embodiment of evil" at the end... Seems a lot more like Giygas became "the embodiment of suffering" and you're ending that suffering.
