Sorry, but your video only talks about large teams. The moment you create a Kanban board, you already need someone to manage it, track it, etc. Small startups, or individuals who build small projects just don't have the time to do that. And it creates overhead that customers don't really care about. Trust me, the moment you put a manager on a project, he/she will swallow a whole lot of time by calling for meetings, measuring, preaching best practices, and otherwise wasting valuable time. But, you video has done one good thing - it made it clear to me why individuals and small teams should NEVER, EVER write software the way you suggest. So, I will come up with something specifically for audience that addresses the issues above.

Yeah there are so many things to take into account before doing some kind of app, in my case I have to invest money in a custom domain ( and also its 'corporate' email), custom smtp, a hosting, a service where you store your images like cloudinary, all legal fees you have to pay before setting up your business, and that's not even the development side of your app.. like the design/ux, the logic, validation, authentication, security, database, testing, back ups, ci/cd, etc

I never thought that GitHub is so powerful! Keep it up.
