Deconstruction of influential people :
1. You are only as good as your last performance Satisfaction breeds stagnation. Don't loose fire in your belly.
2. Scary work wins It's doing the things which brings up your fears that creates your greatest growth. The project you are most resisting is the project you want to do first.
3. Keep feeding your craft Tear down your winning formula to do better. You must experience your ongoing Crucifixions to engage in on going resurrections. You must let go who you were yesterday / last year so next you can see light of the day. Micro wins, learn new things and get new influences to bring better value and improve your craft.
Always keep improving your qualities, skills.
4. Enjoy the plateau Some times there is no growth, stagnation; don’t get frustrated. Enjoy that time too. Exceptionalism in cyclical. Honor the season of rest.
5. *Protect your white belt mentality at all cost * Keep continuously learning and improving, having mentor. Remember you're only human to stop falling in love with success and not to stop doing very things which made you successful. Never think that you are master.
