2 tbsp vegetable oil 🌿
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
2 tbsp Szechuan spicy sauce (store-bought) or to taste 🔥
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 🥄
1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce 🍯
1 tsp sesame oil 🌰
1 tsp vinegar 🍶
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers 🫑
1/2 cup sliced carrots 🥕
1/2 cup sliced cabbage 🥬
1/2 cup sliced onions 🧅
👩🍳 Instructions 🍳:
1️⃣ Cook spaghetti per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4️⃣ Cook marinated chicken until no longer pink, then set aside.
5️⃣ Stir-fry sliced vegetables until they soften.
6️⃣ In a small bowl, mix Szechuan sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
7️⃣ Create an open space in the pan, pour in the sauce mixture, and let it heat.
8️⃣ If sauce is thick, add 1-2 oz chicken broth.
9️⃣ Add cooked chicken, toss together.
