for some reason every time i click a spazza video it shows an ad for bald treatment

putting sidetracked day in A is a crime regardless of it being a bit overweight, considering it was a 1.6k milestone skip (with the same argument valley of the damned should be ss since its the first ever milestone skip + first ever auto ban for legitimate high pp play. everyones reactions were just crazy seeing this score). both deserve to be higher than freedom dive imo

merami is just i dont think anyone can put into words how good merami 2020 was expereincing it was crazy but looking back on it is even crazier like his plays then in 2020 were probably the most ahead of its time plays there has literally ever been i mean ascension to heaven 3 mod still hasnt been done by anyone other than merarmi and no one even close to the acc and mou ii kai is just words cant even do it justice that error i would go back in a heart beat

I feel like the team magma SS is crazy underrated in like every way. I don't think anyone, even mrekk could recreate it without grinding a fuckton. Sure, it's farm, but like what the fuck is that

I think ascension to heaven was better, but mou ii kai was done in an era where speed just hadn't been where it is now. The goats of speed at the time were doing 260-270. 285 (I guess 288 in this case) on long streams, especially ones with spacing were pretty tough to be consistent on; it was something literally only merami could do, and that’s not even to mention how good his jump aim was combined with being by far the best speed player. Saying that the play looked cheated when it was first posted is very on point to how the perception was at the time (not that he’d cheated the play, just that it was almost unbelievable that it was real). Seeing someone playing current maps made for nomod/HR with DT was fucking unreal.

I wish we'd gotten to see space battle be pp record. I feel like that was such an incredible play

imho i think tsukinami shouldve been ss as well, sure it isnt as unique as the other plays in the tier but its such a legendary milestone, the song is hype af and overall the aura is just unreal. If merami never existed it wouldve been the last pp record that actually felt like one.

bro is not excited by 4 mod scores on tvsize farm maps bcoz he doesnt consider the fact he was playing on an office mice aiming on a pillow sitting on a couch with a laggy 60hz laptop on his knees with 10ms input lag. just stfu. this scores are made by him first, and after by a few amount of ppl with times more better setups. its fucking legendary

Putting the best play of all time on A tier? Anoyo iki is way more impressive than fdfd, valley and mou ii kai. The only one you can argue for is ath and it sucks because speed

Honestly Team Magma 3 mod should have been S, both Whitecat's and Mrekk's records on it are like insane scores of their time

the reason there's only 1 of each map is bc the tier list was originally for ranking the Maps, not the Plays

merami doing mou ii kai, ascension and sidetracked day diff spike with no wooting and blue switches it's better than any akoli, ninerik or any speed play in general.

I'd have a similar list if i wasnt so biased with Save me because its been one of my fav songs irl since i was 10

mou ii kai is undisputable #1
having 1px 1.4k choke when there was no 1.2k, as well as first 10 star FC choke
this is just unbelievable

Also, I hate when "the acc is insane, 99%" is used when map has much lower OD than most maps on this level
like nobody is saying that Sidetracked Day is good acc but in reality it has the same acc as Valley of the Damned and slightly less than Marianne

pretty good list, necrofantasia ahead of blue zenith is absolutely insane tho. blue zenith first 700 was one of the most insane moments in osu history

ngl I feel like ice angel and chipscape could be a bit higher in B tier than some of those farm dt maps. The amount of finger control and aim control to play chipscape with hidden back in 2012 was insane
